The deals are decent, but they often repeat. However, the company has very poor customer service. The website is not user friendly as you have to scroll through each size in each style of each item. Also, you cannot order very many items at once because if one sells out, you lose your entire cart. Shipping costs are also very high. ProsThe items offered are quality items and deals are offered more often than once a day.ConsThe company`s attitude is that they are doing the customers a favor, not running a business. Be warned, the customer service representatives have been empowered to lash out at customers if they must to defend the company. |

The deals are pretty good, but the customer service is not so good. I`ve had two negative experiences with this company. The first one is that the shipping charges seem to be off. Often, if I buy two of an item the shipping will be more than double the cost of one item. Customer service is unable to rectify the situation. |

This description is not accurate. It`s not outdoor stuff, it products for children birth to age 10 - mostly high-end stuff. Everything from strollers to clothing to shoes, to baby slings, to diaper bags. They only have one type of item at a time, but will have a variety of sizes and styles of the item available at once. You never know what the next item is or when they`re going to switch items, so it`s very addictive to keep refreshing it. They change items when they sell out, so they often have several different sales in one day. ProsThe prices are super discounted and customer support is great. I usually receive e-mail replies within a couple hours. They base their products on customer requests.ConsYou never know what`s next and they often sell out fast, so you have to check in often. |
