I purchased a NFL rug, I wanted one team but accidently ordered something different. I didn`t realize this until I got the package, which by the way was delivered to me in less than 5 days. I contacted customer service. They responded immediately. They told me they would send out the one I wanted and gave me the info I needed to return the other. I received the new item before I even had a chance to mail the return. They were professional, friendly and fast. I was very impressed and grateful since I ordered this item as a birthday gift and was nervous I wouldn`t get it in time. But I did!
